WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
At SauceBox Cosmetics, it is our goal provide you with exemplary service. You should expect to receive your package via Standard Delivery service within 3-7 Business Days of receipt of your payment excluding federal holidays within the United States. We charge a Flat Rate of $5.99 USD for all U.S Orders. International shipping rates are also available at a cost of $20.00 USD.
PLEASE NOTE: IF WE ENCOUNTER HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS PROCESSING TIME IS 7-10 DAYS EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
If your shipment shows a CONFIRMED DELIVERY from the USPS, we are not liable/responsible to send a replacement package. Please contact your local post office to open a case regarding the whereabouts of your package. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or un-deliverable addresses.
Once the post office has delivered your package and a confirmation is shown online, our responsibility ends. We are not responsible for theft at the address you provide us. If the post office delivers a package to your address and you do not get that package you are free to file a report of the theft with your local post office. We will provide proof of delivery for your report. Please do not ask us to replace packages stolen at your property or business.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When we have marked your order as shipped, you would have received a confirmation email from us with your tracking number. We use USPS for delivery of all orders which you can track via the USPS website. Please allow between 3-7 business days for your item to be delivered as delivery times may vary. If you believe there is a problem with your delivery, please feel free to contact us.
I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE
No Problem! We offer exchange on faulty or damaged product or store credit options depending on your circumstances. We must be notified via email or the contact form on our website within 14 days of any issues you encounter as a result of shipping or defects. Please note that we are unable to compensate you for "Change of Mind" purchases. Cosmetic products can not be returned due to Hygiene reasons. You should note that SALE ITEMS are final. These items have been reduced to clear and cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been submitted.
